At Emilia Wickstead, we offer a seamless returns process for items in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that garments are returned unworn and in their original packaging to guarantee a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in the original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier collection through our portal or drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping location.
